The platform is free to use and allows you to open your online store in minutes. Your online store features your own back office to manage your products, sales, payments, returns, etc. This isn't just a space or classified like on most marketplaces. You will have your own payment gateway so we will take no commissions or sales fees. When this crisis ends, our local economy rebounds, and you are doing great with your sales on the platform, then we may ask you to pay a small monthly donation, but it will be optional. We all agree that something must be done to help retailers, restaurants, and small businesses survive to ensure the sustainability of our local economy. Beside government help, we think the best solution is to give you free and modern online tools so you have a fighting chance against large online retailers, like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Alibaba, Etsy, etc. The idea is to convince 1 million local residents to shop local, but when shoppers cannot visit in-store or you are closed or at limited capacity, they can shop local online and pick up the merchandise in-store or have it delivered. We need a great and diverse online offering so please take some time and open your store, upload products, and make your store attractive (more info below). 01. REGISTER YOUR PERSONAL INFO

Clicking the button get started below you will be directed to a simple registration form, please complete the registration form and click the blue button continue.

02. YOUR PROFILE IS CREATED

Clicking the button continue will create your online profile in Pinellas.shopping. Please take a few minutes to check your information, upload your headshot as well as a good photo of your store as they will be used by the system to promote your business.

03. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

Please complete your online profile. When store banner, profile photo and all info is updated, click the blue button "Create my site".

04. PATIENCE, THE SYSTEM IS BUILDING YOUR STORE

Clicking the blue button "create my site" the system will build your store with the info you have provided. The steps and timeline will be indicated on the loader. Be patient the process will take 2-3 minutes

05. SUCCESS, YOUR STORE HAS BEEN CREATED

After 2-3 minutes your online store is created. At this point you can edit your content or start to put products in your store clicking "Ad products" on the store admin barre (only visible by you).

06. ADD PRODUCTS, PRICING, SHIPPING INFO, PHOTOS, ETC.

Clicking on "Ad products" you will go to your backstore were you will be able to manage all your store features. Although we simplified the process to make it simple to use you may contact us for a one hour free training session. (727) 725-1333

No, we do not charge any commission or selling fees. We have suspended the initial setup fee of $150 and the monthly fee of $45 for the first 150 companies. There will be the option to donate if you wish when your online store is making money.

No, we do not collect anything from your sales and you will be paid directly. Each online store on the platform is independent and has its own administration system and its own secure payment gateway. LOCALCOMMUNITY.SHOPPING will not be responsible for any payments, shipping or returns.

We have made the process very simple and easy to use. We have made video tutorials and documents available for you to view at any time. We also offer a one hour training session to teach you how to use your online store.

Yes, we can also redirect it to another URL if you already have your own website.
